"I had such a refreshingly reasonable and effective service call with Central Plumbing that I just want to give a shout out to Susan and Valentin for their quick, courteous, and professional help. I had a problem with a water heater that was installed about 18 months previously (by someone else) that had developed a noxious odor in the hot water. I had a different plumber come out 6 months ago who recommended flushing the tank and changing the anode, but that didn't help. Susan took my call, listened to the issues, and sent Valentin out the next morning to investigate. After he heard all the details, including the fact that we are on a well, he suggested a simple fix--turn up the temperature on the water heater to kill rather than propagate any bateria, etc., in the water. It worked like a charm! And it was a fast, simple, inexpensive solution (which are words I have never before used to describe a plumbing repair situation, lol!).
