Our water heater went out in the early morning, I called Central Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could send someone out in a few hours. They arrived and installed the new water heater and had everything back up within an hour. Travis was our repair man and he was awesome, very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Central Plumbing if you need any plumbing services.
I want to give a big, huge thank you to Susan, Travis and Cameron for making sure I was well cared for and heard regarding my plumbing situation. I was in the midst of getting my condo ready to put on the market and three days later there was going to be a Brokers' Tour, so I was a bit in a jam. These three exceptional human beings came to my rescue! I am so, so grateful to them. I was in a quandary about two of my sink faucets. My handyman tried to fix one of the broken bathroom sink handles, but it was completely broken. That particular sink matched the one right next to it. I really wanted to "save" those two beautiful matching sinks (and specifically the handles), so I got on Google Maps and found CENTRAL PLUMBING! I explained to Susan, who answered the phone, that I had a downstairs bathroom that had the same faucet fixture as the one upstairs, so I wanted to replace the downstairs sink with a new faucet fixture and put the "good" handle from the downstairs sink on the upstairs sink, so both sinks/faucets matched. Susan listened to my quandary in length, then spoke to Travis, the owner. Two days later, Cameron, the most wonderful plumber, came and fixed both of my issues the day before the Brokers' Tour. Cameron has been a plumber for 20 years and even though my job for him was a lot more difficult than I ever assumed, he patiently and carefully removed the downstairs faucet set, and most importantly, the matching faucet handle without breaking it. Little did I know that pedestal sinks are a big pain to get to the faucet, but he was able to extract it and replace the handle in the upstairs bathroom. Then, he put the new faucet set in the downstairs bathroom. Cameron was a gem to work with and so incredibly knowledgeable and nice. I will use Central Plumbing again. I tell you, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Central Plumbing, for taking such good care of me throughout this whole process!!!

"Very happy customer here!! I'm an old fart (over 70) and I haven't seen this kind of customer service for MANY years! Kudos to Mr. Travis Brown - owner and just unbelievable businessman! I called with a busted and leaking water heater. In my past, this is just something that a homeowner would have to deal with about every 6 to 8 years and I would go to Home Depot and get one and put it in. Nowadays, an expansion tank, earthquake strapping, drain pan, and permit are required. While not impossible; what a pain in the butt! Just for giggles, I believe I e-mailed one of the first companies that I found with an A plus BBB rating and a license with no "hits" at CSLB.ca.gov. Central Coast came up. So, I e-mailed, hoping they would get back to me the following week. You see, I live in a smallish berg on the Central Coast of California and all the businesses are usually busy servicing the surrounding "big cities" like Santa Barbara since they pay more. Well, within 1/2 hr. the owner, himself, emails me back and we set up an appointment for that very same day! Not only that, the guy is there in just and hour or so! OK, usually the reason you might get service that quickly in this area is because they are terrible and are just not used by anyone. Well, let me tell you, this group, this team is vastly different! I now feel honored to have found them! My service tech, Valentin, arrived at my door with a huge smile on his face. He knew exactly what my problem was and he was there to help! I asked for a quote to replace my 50 gallon, gas water heater. No problem, he was ready to get started. He asked if I had considered a tankless system since now would be the time to change. Well, I had considered this option but thought it would be cost prohibitive. He pointed out the rebates currently available so I let him also give me a quote for that unit. Then, he was observant enough to notice that my home did have a recirc system at one time but had been abandoned. He just so happened to have a tankless option that contained a built-in recirc pump. What the heck, give me quote for that too!! So, short story long, we got a new tankless, recirculating water heater sitting on our garage wall!!! But, note, it was up and running that same day I first called!! It works like a champ and Travis helped me apply for the rebate money I was now eligible for!!! OMG!! Find a better TEAM to deal with, I dare ya.!!"
