Expert Water Heater Installation

Our water heater went out in the early morning, I called Central Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they could send someone out in a few hours. They arrived and installed the new water heater and had everything back up within an hour. Travis was our repair man and he was awesome, very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Central Plumbing if you need any plumbing services.

I want to give a big, huge thank you to Susan, Travis and Cameron for making sure I was well cared for and heard regarding my plumbing situation. I was in the midst of getting my condo ready to put on the market and three days later there was going to be a Brokers' Tour, so I was a bit in a jam. These three exceptional human beings came to my rescue! I am so, so grateful to them. I was in a quandary about two of my sink faucets. My handyman tried to fix one of the broken bathroom sink handles, but it was completely broken. That particular sink matched the one right next to it. I really wanted to "save" those two beautiful matching sinks (and specifically the handles), so I got on Google Maps and found CENTRAL PLUMBING! I explained to Susan, who answered the phone, that I had a downstairs bathroom that had the same faucet fixture as the one upstairs, so I wanted to replace the downstairs sink with a new faucet fixture and put the "good" handle from the downstairs sink on the upstairs sink, so both sinks/faucets matched. Susan listened to my quandary in length, then spoke to Travis, the owner. Two days later, Cameron, the most wonderful plumber, came and fixed both of my issues the day before the Brokers' Tour. Cameron has been a plumber for 20 years and even though my job for him was a lot more difficult than I ever assumed, he patiently and carefully removed the downstairs faucet set, and most importantly, the matching faucet handle without breaking it. Little did I know that pedestal sinks are a big pain to get to the faucet, but he was able to extract it and replace the handle in the upstairs bathroom. Then, he put the new faucet set in the downstairs bathroom. Cameron was a gem to work with and so incredibly knowledgeable and nice. I will use Central Plumbing again. I tell you, you won't be disappointed! Thank you, Central Plumbing, for taking such good care of me throughout this whole process!!!
